I still can't say what i was on about the other day! It's given me a bit of a boost though.
I got my hair cut last night, so i'll be looking my best for... oh wait, i'm not talking about that here. Going to clean my car and what i can of my apartment tomorrow. And on Sunday i'm going down to Bluewater with Jen, haven't been down there for ages and need to get a few things for my holiday.
A few guys are going to Alton Towers on monday, there's no way i could afford that this month. I must go this year though.

Had a good weekend, eventually! Worked saturday then cleaned the inside of my car out, hoovered it, chucked a load of rubbish out. Yesterday I got ready to go shopping with Jenn went out to my car, and it wouldn't start. Seemed like it was just flooded, but I think that was just a result of what the problem actually was. Dad came round to have a look with me, we went and got a plug socket and a new set of plugs. Whipped out the old spark plugs and they were knackered, a few of them were saturated in petrol, one was black and the gaps were out on all of them i think. So I put in the new ones, and she started up perfectly. Phew.
So I picked Jennifer up and we went off down to Bluewater. I got a few things, t-shirts and stuff for my holiday and Jenn got some new jeans (which i'm never gonna hear the end of this month). We were both starving by the time we got there so we went straight to pizza hut, where she attempted to turn me in to a vegetarian by ordering a pizza with no meat! She's also agreed to look after my apartment while away, she might stay or just pop in to a couple of times and just open the doors and that - oh, and probably borrow some of my dvd's.

Got my car tax at lunch, finally. Was only a couple of days overdue - because i couldn't find my insurance certificate... Then we went in to town to get some decent food. I'm so sick of the sandwiches and "food" at tescos. I've just about come to the end of being able to eat the same old crap for lunch every day. The sandwiches from Greggs in town are much nicer, I can even get away with eating a cheese salad from that place - which is probably my favourite sandwich. I knew Jennifer's veggy tactics on Sunday did some harm.
The sun is out today! It's quite warm, not too hot. Shame we have to sit at our desks all day, we have a huge garden here and a nice patio that i'd be quite happy just sitting on all day in the sunshine - don't think we could get away with that. I actually ran Jenn around here on the way back on Sunday, for some reason someone was at work so the gates were open. That's the other thing i meant to remember... We're going to try and start playing tennis this year. I used to play at school years ago, and my racket has somehow found it's way in to my car, and Jenn was looking at rackets the other day. I'd like to have a go at it again, so maybe when i get back from holiday we can have a look at somewhere to play. I think we have a tennis court out the back here, but from what i remember, it's well overgrown.

Friday already, can't say I'm complaining. I'm heading up to Barry's tomorrow and won't be back till monday afternoon, got plans up there monday. Hopefully I can find some money to go out for a few drinks tomorrow night in town or something.
It's so hot in here at the moment, just got in and put on the air-con. So bloody noisy though, but if you open the window the wasps come in. I'm not talking normal wasps, we had a wasp in here yesterday the size of a 767. It found it's way out, thank god, I'm not a fan of them. Last year i got stung on the tongue, and that wasn't too nice.

I'm back from Sheffield, and absolutely knackered. I drove up to Barry's after work on saturday, we did a bit of shopping sunday and i got my stuff sorted for today. It went well, but i won't say much else - this is probably cryptic enough.
I'll be back once i've gotten a bit of rest.

I was lucky with the traffic over the weekend. On the way up there was only one jam, and that was due to a broken down car on the side of the M1. Only it wasn't the car that was causing the problem, it was the girl stood by it in her tank top and short skirt - as soon as we passed everything picked up again. And on the way back someone had had a bit of a shunt and left tons of broken glass over the road, but that was it, got back in less than 3 hours.
Didn't get up to much last night, Jenn text me to see how i got on and i asked her how her first exam went. She's got a few days off now to prepare for her next one on thursday.
Only a week to go! Then i'm off to sunny Spain!

Looks like the weather should be hotting up here over the next few days! Overcast at the moment, but from what the weather girls said this morning it should warm up and the weekend should be a scorcher!
I've been watching a bit of big brother this year, is it me or did they just pick the biggest freaks and misfits that they could? There's that guy who dresses up like a girl all the time, and apparantly didn't tell his parents he was gay - hold up, they said that he's a male belly dancer? Maybe his parents aren't too bright. That big breasted lass, the one that's still in, not the other one - she is rough, and probably the stoopidist one in there. The guy that follows her around, just seems like a random guy from the street that one. Sam, see, I know here name, I like her - she better not get evicted this week. The one that got evicted last week, Lesley, woah, what a bitch - makes me laugh, they have this clip on the radio of her saying that guys fall at her feet all the time - i wonder, does she use her left or right hook for that? Oh and they all use the most annoying phrase in the world, "at the end of the day" - grr.

After last nights big brother i'm liking Sam even more, odds are on that she's going out tonight though. At least we'll probably see a clip of last night again, so it's not all bad.
Just got in to work and it's bloody roasting in here, stuck the air-con on, just waiting for it to do it's job before i fall asleep. Only the 3 of us in today so it's gonna be a bit busy i think, at least it's friday. Barry's coming down for the weekend, as it's father's day and that on sunday. We got the farthers day things last weekend in Nottingham so we're all set.

The weather was lovely over the weekend! Barry came down saturday afternoon, we had a drink out in the square then we went to see Batman Begins. Not a bad movie, better than the other batman movies. Then we played some Burnout and WoW.
Fathers Day yesterday. We stopped by Gran before heading over to say hello, then we picked up Lisa and headed over to dads. BBQ, Jenga (sp?), swingball and throwing Sarah in the paddling pool filled the rest of the afternoon. Today I'm red as a... as a... fire engine! We spent ages thinking of the right gift for Dad, it's always difficult to think of something. I think we nailed it this year, we got him an Internet book "for dummies" - and some toblerone
I'm just doing my last holiday wash, got clean sheets all ready, the heating is off now for the summer. Just 2 more days of work!!
And the F1 yesterday, what a dissapointment.

This month has been the most stressful month this year! For a number of different reasons. I really need this holiday, not long to wait now!!
Got in to work, switched on the air-con and that damn thing started pouring out water... We've got the other 3 on up here so hopefully it'll cool down.
