I had a bit of a cold last week, just about over it now, just coughing after nearly loosing my voice yesterday.
Yesterday i went down to London to give my support to some of the guys taking part in this years Dragon Boat Festival (i'll try and find a link to some photos soon). It was a good laugh, the weather wasn't great but at least it didn't rain! One of our teams even came first in the final.
I think i'll be taking part next year, looked exhausting though.
