Monday 10th May 2004
Had a good weekend. Barry and Danielle came down Saturday morning (Barry's b/d thursday) and stayed till Sunday. We all went over the road for lunch on saturday. The chinese restaurant they've opened is really nice, we went back in there sunday for a late breakfast - they do sandwiches.
I've got a nice big hole in my exhaust now. It rumbles nicely... looking for a cheapish stainless steel twin pipe to replace it now. May as well get one that will last.

As always, i am shattered after the weekend. I had a relaxing Friday night in the end after Sarah had to cancel due to a family thing.
Saturday i headed down to Mike's in london, chilled out a bit then we headed off to the boat party on the Thames. I'd never been on a boat party before, and it wasn't too bad - even if the idea of water and alcohol doesn't seem a likely match. The dance floor was even bouncing up and down from all the people, but that didn't stop anyone. We docked about 12 and headed across the road to a bar and must have left about 3ish. Then we ended up in a chinese restaurant in china town for a bite to eat. We got back to Mike's and the sun was just coming up showing the blue sky.
Yesterday Mike cooked us a wicked fry up and then we headed down his local (where he hadn't been before 
) and me and Dave kicked some arse at pool - didn't loose a game.
Drove back, battled through the roadworks on the M25 and went for a quick drink with Dave and then headed home.
And what a gorgeous day it is today!! hotter than the costa del sol!

Had a great weekend. Went down to London for a triple birthday do and we were on the guest list for The Funky Buddha, just off of Mayfair. Not a bad place, expensive, but that's to be expected. The best thing was that there was a limited number of people in there.
Somehow i ended up in the same chinese restaurant as last weekend, and at about the same time as well. The sun was well up when we got back.
I'm off to Spain tomorrow, bit of a last minute thing. I can't wait!!
