I am knackered!
We got everything moved out ok and all into storage, except my computer and other essentials of course 
It's pretty crowded in the small bedroom we've got for now but it'll fine for a couple of weeks while they finish what they need to do at our new place. We've got the dvd player and my computer setup at least 
S's new job is going really well, she's always busy. She brought me home some stuff that's supposed to help my receding hair line, not sure how i'm supposed to know if it helping or not.
It's nice to be at work and relax a bit, don't get much time at home at the minute. It will be worth it in the end though, once we've got our own place.

So they closed the A41 this morning, made the journey to work a bit different - about 2 hours different! Closed due to icy conditions, maybe they should have thought about that last night and put some grit down?
It was freezing this morning, i had what looked like snow on my car as well as the sheet of ice.
Not much news on our new place yet, we had a drive around on saturday and they have done quite a lot more on the square out the front. Hopefully not long now.
Friday 12th December 2003
I went to our new place this morning to have a look around with the site manager. Not much wrong really, he's gonna have a look about moving the kitchen lights which seem to be on the wrong side, but it's not major. And a couple of light switches that don't do anything.
The bad news is that he doesn't think we'll be able to move in till mid to end January. The lease holders are having a meeting this morning and it could take 2 weeks as long as they agree everything is ok. Then there's the last finishing touches that they need to do.
There is good news today though, Steph passed her driving test today!

Knackered from the weekend again. We were supposed to be going to nottingham saturday and staying over and coming back sunday but mom had a migraine. So, we went up there sunday morning instead, walked around nottingham for a bit and came back down.
We went and saw love actually last night, me, Steph and Mom. Definately a chick flick but it was fairly funny.
Went to start my car this morning and nothing... felt like a flat battery but had no luck jump starting it from Stephs. Got the AA out and turns out that the engine was flooded from Steph's dad moving it yesterday. He showed me how to disconnect the fuel pump and got it going again.
It's Dad's birthday today, 41 again!!
